All Saints’ Day is a major feast day of the church. We gather together on this “First Sunday” to remember those who, having professed faith in the living Christ in days past, crowned their profession with heroic deaths.
Not an official saint in our church calendar, but of immense importance to Trinity Church and the Episcopal Church, the Rt. Rev. Leigh Richmond Brewer is the subject of today’s sermon. His portrait is on display in the church.
Today is also the culmination of stewardship season. Please place your pledge card in one of the bowls at either entrance to the church. Thank you for your faithful participation.
Please continue the fellowship of All Saints’ Day by joining us for a potluck in the Parish Hall immediately following the service.
