As an outreach project, ECW is spearheading a greeting card campaign to collect cards for mailing to our soldiers in Iraq. Beginning Sunday, June 3, and continuing until Sunday, June 17, blank greeting cards will be available on the table in the main foyer of parish center. Please feel free to take a card, write a brief message suitable to a soldier, male or female, and place it in the basket. If you prefer, feel free to provide a card of your own. On the final Sunday (June 17) cards will be collected and sent to Lt. Col. Todd Bajakian for distribution to the troops. This is a big morale booster for the troops stationed so far from home, and we encourage all to participate!
